CACI’s support for veterans and the military is a long-standing part of our corporate culture. Veterans, military spouses, and serving members of the National Guard and Reserves represent over one third of our workforce. And these employees play an integral role in providing unique expertise to create distinctive technologies that address our customers’ greatest enterprise and mission challenges.

CACI partners with the military services, federal and state agencies, and veteran service organizations to engage, inform, and assist job-seeking veterans, military spouses, and service members in transition.
At CACI, we stand committed to hiring, retaining, and supporting our veteran and military employees. We provide a dedicated veterans engagement team – with a combined 64 years of military service – committed to assisting and advocating for veteran job candidates in the hiring process, and to enhancing veteran awareness internally among recruiters, human resource staff members, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
In addition, CACI’s Veterans Employee Resource Group (VERG) – consisting of multiple chapters across the country – promotes veteran awareness and volunteerism, fosters cohesion, mentors new employees, and strives to improve veteran employee hiring, retention, and professional development.
CACI meets or exceeds all standards established by the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). In recognition of outstanding support to our employees in the National Guard and Reserves, CACI received the prestigious 2020 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award.
