Our People

CACI offers a great workplace experience through development opportunities because our people are what make our corporate culture vibrant; they are the best-of-the-best! And because of the important mission-critical work that we do for our nation, CACI continues to attract new talent, every day.

Corporate Workplace Culture
CSR - Culture

CACI's corporate culture is the driving force behind our success. It defines who we are, how we act, and what we believe is both the right way and our duty in conducting business. Our corporate culture unifies us as a company and strengthens our resolve to meet our customers’ – and our country’s – most critical missions.

There are two pillars to CACI's corporate culture. The first is Character – our commitment to ethics and integrity in all we do. The second is Innovation – our dedication to advancement and excellence in all we do.

At CACI, we embrace a career mobility corporate culture, where we believe in growth at all levels. Our industry is ever evolving and those who are most successful evolve with it, continually learning and growing throughout their careers. Our internal tagline #makingmoves empowers all employees to embrace a career growth mindset at CACI.

Attracting Talent

CACI is consistently recognized across the country for being a top workplace, and an innovative company that demonstrates operational excellence and proven leadership. Approximately 25,000 talented employees help make CACI a leader in earning industry awards and recognition. This reflects our commitment to our workforce and customers.

Our employees utilize a vast network of CACI resources, drawing upon their own experiences and perspectives to drive innovative problem-solving and consistent enterprise-wide growth. Our people believe in proactive communication, deeper customer relationships, and innovation through collaboration.

But most importantly, CACI strives to create a corporate culture in which our people can thrive. And so, we strive to provide our employees with long-term professional advancement.

CACI Career Opportunities

CSR - Attract Talent
CSR - Champions

At CACI, we make it a priority to provide our interns and entry-level professionals with mentorship, flexibility, and learning opportunities. We have a focused investment of early career talent through the CACI University Program and YearUp - an organization that provides students who traditionally do not have the same educational and career opportunities an intern partnership with corporations like CACI.

The CACI Champions Program recognizes outstanding employees and teams for their excellence in sales, proposals, project delivery, technical capabilities, character, and business ethics. This program embodies our corporate culture of recognition at CACI and reflects our ongoing commitment of ensuring that our dedicated employees receive recognition for their performance, character, innovation, and commitment.

Talent Development

At CACI, we recognize that our people are the key to our success, and their skills and knowledge are crucial to helping us achieve our strategy. As a result, we actively invest in their continuous development – at all levels.

Whether honing skills through an online simulation or learning from others in a cohort-style program or community of practice (CoP), the focus is always on building capabilities and promoting behaviors that ensure both the employee and company succeed. Our flexible programs enable employees to learn at their own speed. Offerings include live and virtual briefings, self-study courses, and just-in-time training to balance work and personal priorities.

CSR - Talent Learning
CSR - Development

At CACI, each employee is a partner in our success. Realizing that differences can be strengths is vital to our company’s future. CACI is committed to enhancing our capabilities, delivering excellence for our clients, and creating meaningful careers for our employees.

To retain our skilled professionals, we offer educational and career opportunities. We have also established mentorship, leadership, and employee mobility programs to help all our employees achieve their potential.

CACI offers a wide variety of programs to help our professionals grow in whatever way best suits their individual needs, preferences, and learning styles. National, regional, and local training opportunities include conferences, one-on-one training, webcasts, and self-study courses. We also provide access to online master's and bachelor's degree programs.

Annual Employee Engagement Survey

CACI is committed to creating candid dialogues and fostering a positive work environment. We recognize the importance of receiving feedback from our employees on a consistent basis. It’s no surprise that our recent Employee Engagement Pulse Surveys demonstrate CACI being consistently listed more favorable than U.S. national and high-tech company norms in several key categories including: Sustainable Engagement, Ethics & Integrity, Empowerment, and Work Flexibility. Sustainable Engagement and Ethics & Integrity stand out as our clear strengths across all external benchmarks because CACI continues to invest in our people. That’s why CACI significantly improved across all categories in the Employee Engagement Pulse Survey, with not one single item declining with statistical significance.

CACI understands the importance of evolving in order to stay competitive and grow, for our employees and customers. Our engagement results speak volumes – just more evidence that employees feel a sense of pride to work at CACI – and that feeling is reciprocated.

Communities of Practice Program and Training Program

Employee training and development is vital to our corporate culture. Through CVU, employees not only learn through online training courses, but also through peer collaboration. CVU provides employees access to several Communities of Practice (CoP) specializing in a field or topic. Employees can connect with peers on discussion boards, participate in monthly webinars led by subject matter experts, and access and share resources and best practices with their community. Several CoPs sponsor a Learning Academy, which provides curated learning paths employees can use to prepare for technical certifications.

Program-Level Job Trainings and Certifications

At CACI, we pride ourselves in bringing people together to knowledge share. Our CoPs meet regularly with colleagues across the company to network and learn about the latest technologies that will support them in their roles. The communities bring together employees with the common purpose to grow, collaborate, advance tradecraft, and leverage each other to help CACI customers.

CACI Learning Academies are available through CVU which include certification resources, including exam reimbursement, to help employees achieve critical information systems and business credentials such as the CompTIA Security+, A+, Network+, ITIL, Amazon Web Services (AWS), PMP, ServiceNow, and more.

Project Management Academy

Project management is one of our key competencies. More than 700 CACI employees have earned the PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and of that group, over 300 Project Managers attend CACI’s annual PM Summit that is designed for face-to-face learning, collaboration, and networking.
