Tracy Weir

As head of CACI’s United Kingdom operations, Tracy Weir manages a diverse business, providing technology services, proprietary data, and software products to commercial and government clients, primarily in the UK, but also across the world.

Weir has worked for CACI since 1997, leading the commercial business which has evolved to become a successful marketing and digital transformation agency in the UK and is a recognized global leader in location strategy. The wider UK operation provides technology services and products to central government departments, including Defence, National Security, Education, and Health.

Weir took on the leadership of the entire CACI UK business in October 2024 and is focused on building scale in the operation’s distinctive areas of expertise and technology through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Weir graduated from Imperial College, London with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and began her career at Ford Motor Company UK.
