These contract vehicles offer CACI the flexibility to respond to broad agency requirements in a quick and efficient manner
Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contracts offer a number of products and services to
various federal and state government agencies. The contracts and CACI's labor rates are already negotiated so the customer simply issues task or
delivery orders against the basic ID/IQ contract. The scope of work and federal agency usage varies and is limited by the terms of each contract.
Most of our ID/IQ contracts are open to multiple agencies, with limited restrictions.
General Services Administration (GSA) Contract Vehicles provide professional services to federal government agencies,
as well as state and local government agencies under certain conditions, using numerous CACI labor categories to meet requirements at the right level. GSA has
reviewed the qualifications of contractors based on performance and has determined that the rates are fair and reasonable. These contracts generally provide a
broader array of services than their agency ID/IQ counterparts and many have no counterparts. They are open to all federal agencies and streamline the ordering
process to reduce the time from initial contact to commencement of work. Certain GSA Schedules also provide for the purchase of products.
Blanket Purchase Agreements establish long-term relationships between clients and contractors so that multiple task orders may be developed
quickly and easily. BPAs can be specifically tailored to a client's environment, processes and terms and conditions. They enable clients to take
advantage of quantity discounts.
