The CACI Team... Bringing Value Through the D/SIDDOMS 3 Military Healthcare Information Technology Program
Systems Design
We use the appropriate computer aided software engineering tools to design Military Health System (MHS) systems and system components including development of
detailed data and process models, program and interface specifications, screen and report designs, program control specifications and teleprocessing considerations.
Systems Development
We conduct System Development Plan (SDP)-based development using SEI CMM Level 3 practices for all
major projects. We currently have 45 active software programs using an approved SDP, configuration management plan and quality assurance plan.
Systems Integration
We bring the TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) our success in designing reverse engineering and developing, testing, installing and maintaining diverse systems.
Software Design
We employ a rapid prototype approach to software design, focusing on the business rules, functions, screens, inputs, outputs and processes in a
dialogue with subject matter experts. We establish environmental parameters and tweak software features according to customer feedback.
Training
We use current technology and COTS products to effectively deliver large scale training solutions to personnel who are limited by time and training
resources using various delivery methods to best suit TMA requirements. We provide the latest tailored training technology to best support the
widespread environment and diverse applications inherent in TMA.
Deployment
We utilize the best industry practices to track each step, check and follow-up on all pre-installation activities. Each installation is accompanied
by an appropriate installation test observed by TMA to assure on time and error free implementation.
Operation and Maintenance
We are experienced and active in the operation and maintenance of government systems. We have the ability to cover TMA's 109 major facilities
worldwide for onsite hardware maintenance utilizing software support teams with remote tools used for fault isolation, distribution/update and emerging repair.
Health Care Readiness Support
We are one of the leading providers for healthcare readiness support with a staff who has deployed and is currently supporting American troops in
many overseas locations. We provide network support, train Composite Healthcare System II-Theater and ensure connectivity to various healthcare units.
Our Shipboard Automated Medical System is currently the most widely deployed stand alone military healthcare system operating in more than 1600
clinics, ships and deployable Navy/Marine Corps units.
