This initiative was partitioned into eight three-month tasks. The Domain Engineering (DE) team employed this CACI methodology to develop the IVET domain definition, scoping and model for the Computer Generated Forces (CGF) domain and an initial IVET Domain Specific Software Architecture (DSSA). In addition, the DE team conducted a business case analysis by defining recommendations and target opportunities for future IVET components.
The project has been renamed Individual Virtual Environment Technologies (IVET). The Procuring Agency is the U.S. Army Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM).
