CellExchange has experience with projects in the Department of Defense (DoD) and has several key capabilities to bring to the CEOss ES domain. Their motto is "Think Big, Start Small, Scale Fast." Cubic Applications, Inc. (Cubic)
is a large business leader in training systems development, implementation, lifecycle maintenance, modeling and simulation and exercise support for the DoD and the

In their role as a principal support contractor for the PM Engineer Systems program office they provide extensive warranty management support. This includes warranty coordination support at all major Marine Corps ground bases and collection and analysis of warranty performance information.
